Tightening a leveling cap over a grout joint you can't see is a small act of faith — and on a rectified, tight-joint layout, faith isn't good enough. This cap is completely transparent, so the joint stays in full view the entire time you're turning it down. You see the alignment, you see the spacing, and you catch a drifting tile before the thinset makes it permanent.
It's the reusable half of the system: it hand-tightens onto any Proleveling threaded stem — linear, cross, or T — with no tensioning tool at all, levels material from 2 mm (3/32") to 40 mm (1-5/8"), and can be reused an unlimited number of times, so one bag keeps working long after the bases are consumed. When the tile has set, kick or tap it in the direction of the joint and the stem snaps free. On soft or polished surfaces, run a Red Protection Cup underneath so the cap's rotating action never marks the finish.
Pro tip: Snug the caps by hand and resist over-cranking — you want the tiles pulled into plane, not the thinset squeezed out. Collect and rinse the caps at the end of the day; they'll go back in the bag ready for the next job.
