Fast cutting and a clean finish in one blade. These Montolit continuous-rim blades use a double-layer "sandwich" design — medium grit down the center for speed, fine grit on the sides for a polished edge. A wet blade built for hard porcelain, stone, and glass where the finish has to look right.

Montolit Continuous Rim DNA Diamond Blades — Fast Cut and Clean Finish in One Blade

Most blades force a choice: cut fast and clean up a rough edge, or cut clean and crawl through the material. The Montolit Continuous Rim DNA blade refuses the trade-off with a double-layer "sandwich" rim — medium grit down the center for cutting speed, fine grit on the sides for a polished edge. One wet blade that moves through hard porcelain, ceramic, granite, marble, and glass and still leaves a finish you can live with.

It runs wet on a saw bench or water-fed tile saw and comes in 10" and 12". Like any continuous rim, it will glaze over if it's pushed through abrasive material without maintenance — when the cut slows, bring it back with a dressing stick and it cuts like new again.

Why Tile Pros Choose It

  • Speed and finish together: Double-layer rim — medium grit to cut, fine grit to polish the edge
  • Multi-material: Hard porcelain, ceramic, granite, marble, and glass
  • Wet cutting: For a saw bench or water-fed tile saw
  • Long life: Balanced continuous rim built to go the distance
  • Sized to your saw: Available in 10" and 12"
  • One blade, fewer swaps: Your blade case says thank you

Pro tip: Keep it running wet and dress it the moment cutting slows — a glazed rim generates heat, and heat is what shortens a blade's life. A quick pass on a dressing stick re-exposes the diamond and restores the cut.
