A powerful work light does you no good sitting on the floor, throwing long shadows up the wall and blinding you every time you glance toward it. Light works best when it's up and angled across your work — and this dedicated tripod puts the RUBI Lumeo Energy exactly there.
It extends from 4.4 ft to 9.8 ft, so you can set the light low over a floor or raise it head-height and above to wash a whole wall or room, and the mounted light tilts to aim the beam right where you're working — including the low, raking angle that reveals lippage and lap marks. One stand covers detail work down low and full-area flood up high.
It's built to last on the jobsite: powder-coated steel with a welded steel mounting cap (10mm thread) for strength, yet it folds down compact and weighs only about 13 lb, so it's easy to carry and store. Pro tip: Raise the light above your work and tilt it to rake low across a finished floor or wall — that low, angled light is the best free QC check for lippage and lap marks before the customer finds them. On uneven ground, spread the legs wide and drop the height for a stable, tip-proof stance.
