Tight 1/16" joints, lippage-free. The BIHUI 1/16" Spin Level system pairs a tool-free break-off base with a spin-cap that levels adjacent tiles as thinset cures — ideal for large-format and high-end commercial work. The base snaps off just below the surface for a clean joint, and it handles tile up to ~17 mm (11/16") thick.

BIHUI 1/16" Spin Level Tile Leveling System — Tool-Free Leveling at a 1/16" Joint

Spin-style leveling is fast: the base sets the joint, the cap threads down by hand, and the tile pulls flat — no pliers, no fuss. The BIHUI 1/16" Spin Level spacers set a 1/16" (~1.5 mm) joint and support tile up to about 17 mm (11/16"), locking adjacent tiles into the same plane while the adhesive cures. The tool-free break-off base works with BIHUI Spin-Level caps (or compatible spin-cap systems), so you can run the whole system by hand.

After cure, the base breaks off just below the tile surface for a clean joint with no protrusions to interfere with grout. It's built for large-format tile and tight, precise joints. For a different joint width, see the BIHUI 1/8" Spin Level system.

Why Tile Pros Choose It

  • Tool-free leveling: Spin-cap base pulls tiles flat by hand
  • Sets the joint: Consistent 1/16" (~1.5 mm) grout line
  • Handles thick tile: Supports tile up to ~17 mm (11/16")
  • Clean finish: Base breaks off just below the surface, no protrusions
  • Built for: Large-format tile and tight, precise joints
  • Kills lippage: Holds adjacent tiles flat while adhesive cures

Pro tip: Spin the cap down until the faces pull flush, no further — tool-free doesn't mean force-free, and over-tightening can float a tile. Break the bases off parallel to the joint once cured so they snap below the surface.
