The Montolit Tri-Wheel Scoring Trolley is engineered as the central precision component of the Flash Line 3 slab-cutting system. With three titanium carbide wheels built into a rotating triangular head, installers can instantly switch between scoring profiles—making it easy to handle everything from polished porcelain to structured, grip-textured surfaces.
Each wheel is purpose-designed for a specific class of material:

8 mm wheel → Ideal for smooth, polished, and delicate surfaces

12 mm wheel → The all-purpose option for standard porcelain and ceramic

20 mm wheel → Best for structured, relief-textured, or extremely hard slabs
With each scoring pass, the trolley maintains consistent pressure along the full rail length, producing a clean incision that dramatically improves the break quality on large-format porcelain. The ergonomic design keeps the scoring motion controlled and fluid, reducing the risk of chatter, skipping, or uneven scoring—issues that can compromise slab integrity.
Because the trolley is fully integrated with the FL3’s modular rail system, it works seamlessly across the entire 340 cm cutting span, enabling installers to produce long, accurate cuts without water, power, or suction cups.
