Gauged porcelain slabs are the material that sends crews looking for a rail saw, a water hookup, and a plan for the mess. The Flash Line FL3 does the job by hand and bone dry: a modular aluminum rail system that scores and snaps panels up to 134" (340 cm) long and 3/8" (1 cm) thick — no saw, no water, no dust, no cleanup, and nothing to plug in.
Three lightweight rails lock together and grip the slab with a patented no-slip silicone base — no suction cups, no clamps — and the grip actually increases as you lean into the carriage. The rotating 3WD head carries three titanium wheels so you can match the score to the surface, while the die-cast aluminum carriage glides on anti-friction wheels with integrated lubrication. Supplied separating pliers snap the panel clean, and the whole system breaks down fast into its included carry bag. For thick or standard field tile, reach for a Masterpiuma P5 instead, and set big panels on a Table-One work table for a stable surface.
Pro tip: Match the wheel to the surface — 8 mm for polished and delicate, 12 mm for standard porcelain, 20 mm for structured or very hard slabs. One smooth, confident scoring pass breaks far better than scoring twice, and a quick check that the rails are seated flat saves you a wandering line.
