Mitered 45° edges are the cleanest way to turn an outside corner without metal trim, but they're also one of the most demanding cuts in tile work: the blade meets the tile at a shallow angle that loads the thin, unsupported edge and invites chipping. The Edge is built for exactly that geometry.
Its wide double-sided diamond layer reinforces the body and creates a large planar surface that rides flat against the tile — a built-in fulcrum that guides the blade in a straight, stable line instead of wandering. The honeycomb bond keeps the cut productive but soft, so the bevel stays chip-free. Then, with no tool change, you flip to using the same wide face to grind and smooth the cut edge.
It runs dry, so there's no water setup on the jobsite — ideal for installs and remodels. For guided, repeatable bevels on large-format tile, pair it with a 45° cutting guide.
Usage tip: Let the wide face ride flat against the tile and the fulcrum effect do the steering — for repeatable angles on big tile, run it in a 45° guide.
