Its innovative fiberglass-reinforced polymer-cement coating makes it stiffer, easier to cut, and more water-resistant than other backer boards—ideal for showers, kitchens, floors, ceilings, and underfloor heating systems.

• Waterproof & vapor-tight – closed-cell XPS core and sealed polymer‑cement coating prevent moisture absorption

• Thermally insulating – delivers R-values from 1.5 hr·ft²·°F/BTU (5/32″) up to 17.1 hr·ft²·°F/BTU (3.94″), helping reduce heating costs and ideal for underfloor warming.

• High compressive strength – endures up to 6,270 lb./ft² without permanent deformation, suitable for floors and load-bearing surfaces.
