Traditional low-voltage niche lighting hides a remote driver in an attic, basement, or behind an access panel — extra wiring, extra failure points, and a compatibility guessing game between the driver and the switch. The INSWITCHII collapses all of that into a single device that installs in a standard single-gang wall box, combining the 24V driver, on/off, and smooth dimming in one.
It converts 120V AC to 24V DC and delivers clean, stable power to the COB LEDs. The 60W handles roughly 16 linear feet of LED, and the 96W steps up for long runs and steam-room applications (around 25 feet). It connects through the IP67 quick-connect harness with no soldering, it's UL Class 2 for safe in-wall dimming, and it's the component the Illuminiche warranty runs on. It powers the tile-ready niche kits and no-switch niches, along with the dry-area and wet-area LED light channels, and its face plate is chosen separately in four colors.
Pro tip: Size the driver to your total LED run — 60W for niches up to about 16 ft of channel, 96W for longer or combined runs and steam rooms. Put it on its own switch leg rather than downstream of a separate AC wall dimmer (that's what causes buzzing on combo units), add a face-plate color to match, and use the IP67 harness for a clean, solder-free connection.
