The Montolit 20 mm Titanium Carbide Scoring Wheel is the heavy-duty wheel option for the Flash Line 3 system, designed for cutting structured, textured, and extremely tough porcelain slabs. As part of Montolit’s three-wheel scoring system (8 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm), it delivers superior strength and stability for dense or irregular surfaces where smaller wheels struggle.

More Details

Flash Line 3 uses Montolit’s patented 3WD triangular scoring trolley, allowing installers to switch instantly between three specialized wheels:

  • 8 mm (5/16") — delicate and smooth materials
  • 12 mm (1/2") — general porcelain and ceramic
  • 20 mm (3/4") — structured or very hard porcelain surfaces

The 20 mm wheel provides the highest pressure distribution, the deepest score, and the most stable glide over uneven surfaces.

Features:

  • 20 mm (3/4") titanium carbide scoring wheel
  • Best for tough, structured, irregular, or textured porcelain
  • Part of the 3-wheel FL3 system for material-specific cutting
  • Produces deep, consistent score lines on hard slabs
  • OEM Montolit wheel ensures perfect fit and performance
