The Jolly Edge machine is designed for creating a perfect uniform miter or bullnose edge on tile material, even large format material. In a single pass you can easily perform a miter or bullnose cut on material from 5mm up to 20mm in thickness. The Jolly Edge can be adjusted to any angle between 40° and 50°. Add a diamond grinding wheel to perform a 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm bevel.

Sigma Jolly Edge Grinder Attachment is amazing

This tool is an incredible miracle and a gift for the serious thin gauged porcelain tile panel mechanic or fabricator. If you use the proper grinder (I like a 13a makita with a slide switch), and the proper blade (helix or montolit turbo mesh dressed properly and applied patiently), then you can absolutely get perfect and predictable results so you can sell mitered edges without risking the loss of entire panels. I highly recommend the attachments for this tool so you can use it router table style on small return pieces.
