Due to circumstances beyond our control, some LTL deliveries are requiring slightly longer lead times. Please plan for a 5-10 business day lead time window when ordering.
Certain heavy and large items require delivery by a freight carrier. If your order requires freight delivery due to the size and weight of the shipment, the shipping method will default to "LTL Freight" in the cart and during checkout. For items that qualify for free shipping, a commercial address where a dock or forklift is available will need to be listed as the "Ship to Address" when checking out. An additional shipping charge may apply to large and heavy items that require freight delivery to a residential address. Any applicable shipping costs will also be shown at checkout for items that ship to a residential address.
Please make sure to leave a good shipping address when you place your order. An additional charge will be incurred if your shipping address is changed after the order is shipped.
A freight shipment will generally deliver within 4-8 business days of shipment, but could take longer depending on the service routes provided by the carrier in your area. Residential freight deliveries will require an appointment with the carrier. Please be sure to leave a good phone number for us to reach you at when checking out. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order arrives at the local delivery terminal. If, after multiple attempts, the freight carrier is unable to reach you for a delivery appointment, the freight will either be returned to the carrriers nearest terminal at which point you will be responsible for pick up or the freight will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded for your order and all incurred additional freight costs will be deducted from your refund. No appointment will be made for commercial deliveries unless requested when order is placed.
Your order should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any problems or damages to your shipment please do not sign for the package(s) and refuse the shipment. We may be limited in our ability to help resolve any issues if you sign to accept the delivery or do not properly document issues with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Inclement Weather/Circumstances Beyond Our Control
While we can promise you to strive to get your orders out same day (if placed before 2pm CST) or next business day (if placed after 2pm CST), we can not be responsible for delays in shipping for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, inventory errors, labor strikes or government shutdowns. In the event any of your ordered items are delayed, we will communicate with you via email to determine how you would like to move forward with your order.
