The FS Mondrillo line of dry diamond cutters was designed by the Montolit Research and Development department in order to have a very fast tool capable of drilling any type of ceramic or porcelain stoneware in a few seconds without water.
Although the aesthetic aspect is almost identical to other similar products, the performances are clearly superior thanks to the use of high quality synthetic diamonds and above all to a specific production process with attention to every detail.
In terms of use, these diamond cups must be applied to (flexible) grinders with an ideal rotation speed from 8,000 rpm to 11,000 rpm. It is also essential to drill with an undulatory movement in order to reduce the overheating of the cutter.
