The new SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY N conveyor is specially designed for handling large-format ceramic sheets and tiles up to 142" inches (11.8' feet) long and 63" inches (5.25' feet) wide.
It consists of a set of two reinforced, retractable, extruded aluminum profiles, which are adjustable from 63 to 142 inches, as well as two perpendicular crossbeams that enhance the conveyor's robustness and stability, especially during the handling of the heaviest pieces. Maximum load capacity of 375 lbs.
- 2 perpendicular aluminium guides, retractable from 63 to 142 inches.
- 4 handles (2 per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned along the entire length of the guide.
- 6 grey rubber non-marking vacuum cups 8" diamenter (20 cm), for any type of surface (3 per profile).
- Perpendicular crossbars for greater stability.
- Additionally, the SLAB TRANS HD can incorporate additional suction cups (Part # 18979) to increase its maximum load capacity.
*For correct attachment of suction cups, please be sure to check that the surface of the material is clean of dust or other residues.
