Poor Service and bad info!!!

Ordered the Panel Bridge for the Grabo system and it came without the pins and also was the old version that does not accommodate the newer Grabo Pro suction cups. There was no info when ordering online asking if they were the new version or that they did not come with pins. I have purchased these same bars and bridges from other suppliers and there were no problems like this. They were the new version and came with pins. If they cost extra just add it to the cost!!
